Yin Yoga= meditative, deep stretch yoga w/ breathing, improves flexibility, organ health, immunity & emotional well-being, 75 or 90 min. warm room
Silent Hot90= 90 min. hot yoga w/out dialogue @ 105 deg.
Power Vinyasa= Hot Power Vinyasa Flow (75 or 90 min) @ 95 deg.
Vinyasa= 60 min. flow in mildly warm room
Hot 60= 60 min. Bikram based practice + some advanced poses @ 105 deg.
Gentle= slower paced class focused on mobilizing joint ranges & optimizing muscle length, focus on problem areas where habitual pain tends to arise, 60 min. class, not heated.
Slow Flow= 60 min., slow and gentle beginning vinyasa with stretching
Ashtanga = 60 min. heated, Ashtanga inspired flow with a consistent sequence structure and varying focus towards the end of the class. (i.e. inversions, arm balances, meditation, etc).
